Born and raised in the DFW metroplex, Layla is currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in landscape architecture from Texas A&M University. As an intern, she is eager to build her skills and gain hands-on experience from the Benkendorfer team. Following in the footsteps of her great-grandfather, an aggie who practiced landscape architecture in the Dallas region, Layla is excited to begin her own career contributing to the communities of North Texas. In her free time, she enjoys watercolor painting and exploring all the new restaurants, shops, and developments emerging throughout the metroplex.
